Role overview
What you'll own
- Conduct routine facility inspections and following up on maintenance matters, giving you firsthand exposure to how a large public facility is managed day-to-day
- Support the administration and management of contractors, including tracking work schedules, monitoring service delivery, and verifying that works are completed in accordance with contract requirements
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational documents, reports, and records, developing your eye for detail and documentation standards
- Contribute to at least one improvement or process review project during your internship, where you will be expected to observe current practices, identify gaps, and propose recommendations to the Assistant Director (FM-Ops)
