- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred)

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across digital marketing and related commercial marketing functions, where you will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop professional skills and contribute to impactful business initiatives.
In addition to supporting digital marketing activities, the internship is designed to provide a broad understanding of communications strategies, processes and tools, with exposure to Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations, Tradeshow & Events, Marketing Technology and other commercial functions that support customer engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities include supporting the execution of Stryker Joint Replacement's digital marketing strategy; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns; tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations; researching and monitoring industry trends to identify engagement opportunities; and contributing to projects across a variety of communications initiatives.
