The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) organization helps the firm understand, manage and anticipate risk.

Develop your knowledge of risk management and required corporate skills during a weekly training series
Successful interns may be offered full-time employment into The Hartford’s ERM organization upon graduation.
Students expecting to graduate in January 2027 or May of 2028 with a Bachelor’s degree and a GPA of 3.2 or higher
Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
