Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires. What's in it for you: This internship is located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Applicants who are not currently located in the La Crosse area will not be considered, as internships require availability while attending school full time.

This assignment may continue until graduation. Hours are flexible, but student must be able to work minimum 3 hour shifts with 10-20 hours/week during the school year and up to 40 hours/week during the summer/holidays.

Workdays are flexible to accommodate student schedules within business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. What you will do: • Produces designs and documentation utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems.

• Documentation of parts and bills of materials • Understands and adheres to design and drafting standard practices. • Works from oral or written engineering instructions, procedures, schematics, drawings and sketches.

• Responsible for completion of assignments, detects and corrects own errors. Not responsible for supervision or work of others. • Maintains competency level of computer aided graphic system and other applications through company provided training and materials.

• Adheres to all company safety and security policies and procedures. What you will bring: • High school diploma or GED required • Must be a current, full-time student enrolled in a mechanical, architectural, electrical, or electronic design associate's degree program with an accredited technical school, with full intentions to complete the program.

• Understands basic principles of designing equipment, drafting and computer aided design and applies principles to assigned tasks. • Working knowledge of computer aided graphic system.

• Function in a technical engineering “team” environment. Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
