As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work directly alongside senior engineers, receive dedicated mentorship, and gain hands-on experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment based out of our White Bear Lake, MN office, giving you the perfect blend of team connection and flexibility.

What you will do: • Write and maintain clean code using Python, C++, or JavaScript. • Develop new features for controls and digital platforms and service tools under guidance from senior developers.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across the software development lifecycle. • Write automated unit tests to ensure high code quality and coverage.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product, Hardware, UX/UI, and QA. • Present an internship capstone project to engineering leadership at completion.

What you will bring: • Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. • Solid foundational knowledge of data structures , algorithms, and software design principles.

• Hands-on experience with at least one programming language through coursework or personal projects. • Basic familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn new technologies quickly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical teamwork.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $24.30 - $33.48 Compensation Type: Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.

The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience,  travel requirements, and union designation.
