• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Operations and field teams to understand business needs, improve coordination and develop practical solutions.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings, working sessions and field or channel discussions to gain a broader understanding of Toro’s business and dealer network.

• Gather stakeholder feedback, test potential improvements and create documentation that supports continued use after the internship. • Present project progress, findings, outcomes and recommendations to business leaders.

What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field; candidates must plan to remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program following the internship.
