JOB SUMMARY As a Valuation Intern, you will support our Valuation team by assisting with financial analysis and asset valuations. Your work will contribute to important projects, helping inform strategic decisions and financial planning.
This internship is a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, gain hands-on experience, and learn more about a career in valuation. JOB DESCRIPTION • Assist in conducting financial analyses and learning valuation methods and procedures.
• Research industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors to support valuation assumptions. • Help prepare valuation reports and presentations.
• Support management with engagement planning and follow-up activities. • Collect and organize financial and operational data for valuation models • Coordinate tasks during different phases of projects with guidance from management • Respond promptly to requests from internal teams and clients.
• Help identify technical issues, gather relevant facts, and contribute to problem-solving discussions • Basic financial modeling within Excel • Basic understanding of financial terminology and concepts Supervisory responsibilities • None Work environment • Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions Physical demands • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Travel required • Not required Required education and experience • 0 – 1 year of relevant experience • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • High School Diploma or GED or High School equivalent certificate Preferred education and experience • Cumulative GPA of 3.
