What you'll own
- Develop and maintain system interface scripts using Python and REST API. Systems include 12Twenty and Salesforce.
- Manage data integrity, regularly conducting de-duplication and quality control reviews.
- Design, implement, and maintain tables, views and queries in a SQL database.
- Create reports and analysis on historical recruiting patterns and volume.
Requirements and eligibility
- The Office of Career Services serves multiple customer groups, to include graduate students, undergraduate students, alumni, employers, faculty and staff.
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced professional environment interacting with multiple constituencies in a positive, proactive, responsive and cheerful manner.
- Must have very strong Excel, ETL, and BI skills, including Tables, array functions, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Power BI and similar skills applicable to ETL and reporting.
- Must have database management skills (especially SQL), specifically to export and manipulate data.
Preferred, not required
- Experience with Python required; experience with Salesforce a plus.
