Posted Job Title WCIT CSS - Drexel Co-Op Job Profile Title Temporary Employee - Co-op Worker Job Description Summary Provide technical support to Wharton faculty, staff, and students by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and device-configuration issues across phone, email, chat, Zoom, and in-person channels.

Install and configure equipment, manage device deployment and decommissioning with the Purchasing Team, and deliver timely, professional, client-focused service in a fast-paced higher education environment.

Job Description • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, and iPadOS • Configuration of students’ devices for Wharton’s computing environment • Google, Active Directory, and Pharos print account administration • Managing tickets and chat using Zendesk • Updating internal & external knowledge-base articles Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Technical troubleshooting skills • Ability to work within a team effectively • Demonstrated customer service skills are a plus Job Location - City, State Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Department / School Wharton School Pay Range $7.

25 - $20.00 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
