Role overview

Working under direct supervision and following established risk management and compliance guidelines, you will:
Support members through inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls and other communication channels.
Receive requests from current and prospective members and identify opportunities to meet their life insurance needs.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand members' financial situations, life events, goals, and insurance needs while documenting relevant information accurately.

To be eligible, you must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and plan to graduate after the completion of the internship.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
Expected graduation date after August 13, 2027.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated interest in financial services, insurance, financial planning, or member-facing sales roles.
Coursework in financial planning, personal finance, insurance, investments, economics, or related disciplines.
Previous customer service, sales, call center, financial services, or leadership experience.
