What you'll own
- /Responsibilities:
- Recruit, assess, and cultivate internship sites and qualified internship instructors in the geographic areas where students live.
- Evaluate prospective agencies and supervisors for alignment with program expectations, educational goals, and applicable accreditation requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for students, agency supervisors, faculty, and internship staff regarding routine placement questions, policies, and procedures.
Requirements and eligibility
- Guide students through internship planning, including readiness, site outreach, interviews, placement matching, required documentation, and onboarding deadlines.
- Minimum Education & Experience:
- Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program.
- At least two years of post-MSW professional social work experience.
Preferred, not required
- Current independent clinical social work license or eligibility for independent licensure
- Experience supervising interns or serving as a internship instructor, faculty internship liaison, or internship coordinator.
- Experience supporting online learners or working in an online higher education program.
