This is a hands-on role suited to a candidate looking to build practical experience in enterprise IT support and operations. Key Responsibilities Provisioning • Set up and configure new hardware, software, and user accounts for onboarding staff • Manage access requests, permissions, and account changes in line with IT policy • Maintain accurate records of provisioned equipment and assigned access Tier 1 & Tier 2 IT Support • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets covering hardware, software, and network issues • Diagnose and troubleshoot more complex technical problems beyond initial triage (Tier 2) • Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or appropriate specialists • Document issue resolutions and maintain support ticket records for future reference Compliance Audit Support • Assist with gathering documentation and evidence for IT compliance audits • Help maintain audit-readiness of systems, records, and access logs • Support the IT team in tracking and remediating audit findings Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and networking fundamentals • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, particularly in compliance-related tasks • Prior help desk or IT support experience is a plus but not required Work Environment On-site/hybrid internship position based in the IT department, working closely with IT staff and interacting regularly with employees across the organization.
