The position

  • Prepare testing information, project plans and field materials.
  • Assist with maintaining testing records and project closeout documentation.
  • Enter and submit testing data into DOT databases as required.
  • Help coordinate training and certifications for field technicians.
  • Assist with preparing and updating QC plans, manuals and training materials.
  • Organize and maintain electronic QC files and project records.
  • Support Project Managers and field technicians with testing data, questions and daily requests.
  • Assist with scheduling, incentive/disincentive tracking, fleet administration and other Technical Services needs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
