The position

  • Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
  • Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
  • Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
  • Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
  • Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
  • Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
  • Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
  • Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
