Our co-op will gain exposure to all aspects of impact investing: thematic and company research; search for eligible companies for our investible universe; management of key performance indicators (KPIs) of impact; collaboration on our written materials; and portfolio implementation, monitoring, and analysis.

Working closely with the Global Impact team, the co-op will gain insight into the operations and activities of a major fund management company. Depending on the co-op's skillset, he/she could (1) collaborate with the team on our company modeling efforts and 2) continue initial work to use data analysis tools to expand our investible universe and 3) assist with the composition of our measurement framework.

The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/ January 2027 Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.

The base salary range for this position is: $19-$35 per hour This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education.
