Praktikum - Recruiting Coordination (m/w/x)

Your Role During your internship, you will support our Recruiting Coordination Team at our location in Oberkochen, Jena, or Munich - ideally for a period of approximately 6 months starting in January 2027 or later .

Your responsibilities will include, among other things: • Scheduling interviews with candidates (both internal and external), hiring managers and recruiters • Posting job openings on various platforms • Guiding our applicants through the entire recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate experience • Reviewing and reimbursing applicants’ travel expenses • Creating new job requisitions in the applicant tracking system Your Profile • Currently studying business administration, economics, psychology, or a related field • Ideally, some prior experience with recruiting or HR (e.
