Join our dynamic digital team and support customer platform features that improve the post-sales digital customer experience. • Support the development of marketing and communication materials for digital post-sales features, ensuring clear and customer-oriented messaging • Create and maintain practical how-to guides, feature documentation, and enablement content for internal teams and users • Contribute to training concepts and rollout plans, including preparation of materials, session structures, and follow-up documentation • Work in CRM systems to support basic updates, data maintenance, documentation, and first-level coordination topics • Assist the team with organizational and administrative tasks, including meeting preparation, tracking activities, and coordinating input from stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to collect requirements, clarify open topics, and support smooth feature communication and adoption • Gain hands-on experience in digital customer interactions, post-sales processes, and the practical rollout of customer-facing digital solutions Your Profile • Enrolled in a master’s program in marketing, business administration, communication, digital business, or a related field • Interest in digital customer experience, post-sales processes, marketing communication, and customer-facing solutions • Able to translate feature information into practical, user-friendly guides, training content, and communication assets • Structured, reliable working style with strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills • Confident in Microsoft Office; first CRM experience is a plus • Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on mindset, with willingness to support content and organizational topics • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage Sounds exciting?
