Role overview

You will support an early stage B2B SaaS sales team by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and day-to-day activities that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will gain practical exposure to AI and SaaS sales processes while working closely with experienced teammates.
Assist with identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
Conduct outreach via email and phone to prospective customers under guidance.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field with strong fundamentals in sales and communication
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are required for the role
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

0-2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
