Job Description Summer 2027 Internship Duration: Monday, May 17th- August 20th, 2027 Location: Austin, TX What You Can Expect: Meaningful Project Work: Every Intern is assigned a project that delivers value to the business.

Lean Thinking: Interns are expected to apply Lean principles and continuous improvement thinking throughout their project work; Lean training and resources will be provided.

Our Goal is to provide interns with meaningful, hands-on experiences that contribute to business objectives while supporting their professional development Responsibilities Simulate mechanical and multi-physics processes in semiconductor 3D integration technologies by utilizing commercial and custom finite element software packages Design and optimize mechanical elements using modeling results Create advanced models to analyze simulation and experiment results Qualifications Required: PhD candidate in mechanical engineering, materials science or relevant field at the start of the position Experienced using finite element software, e.

g. Abaqus, Ansys, COMSOL, etc. Experienced in machine learning algorithms and programming software (e.g. Python, MATLAB) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be fluent in English Preferred: Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes Familiarity with applied statistical theories Strong knowledge in advanced mathematics Diversity creates an innovative culture.
