- Coordinate and communicate with the sales team on scheduling, logistics, and event requirements.
- Maintain the truck in proper operating condition and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials, ensuring adequate stock for each event.

This position reports to: Product Marketing Director - Smart Buildings NEMA __ As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. This is an incredible hands-on opportunity to support ABB's residential market initiatives by managing our mobile tradeshow truck. You'll travel across the US to trade shows and residential events, working directly with distributors, contractors, and builders—gaining real-world experience in logistics, product knowledge, sales support, and customer engagement. This role combines travel, outdoor work, and diverse learning in a dynamic environment. You will be mainly accountable for: Safely operate and transport the tradeshow truck to assigned events. and locations·(ability/willingness to travel up to 80% required). Coordinate and communicate with the sales team on scheduling, logistics, and event requirements.· Maintain the truck in proper operating condition and perform routine maintenance checks.· Learn ABB residential products featured on the truck to support customer inquiries and marketing discussions.· Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials, ensuring adequate stock for each event.· Assist with truck setup and teardown at each event location.· Support the sales team in creating a welcoming and organized customer experience. Document and report on truck operations and event attendance. Qualifications for the role: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in the United States. Ability to operate commercial or large vehicles. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80%). Strong communication and organizational skills. Sales, marketing, or event coordination background (preferred). Reliability and comfort working independently while coordinating with teams. Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future. Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
