What you'll own

  • You will receive mentorship, structured learning opportunities, and ownership of meaningful work—without being expected to independently lead enterprise technical sales cycles.
  • Shadow customer discovery sessions and help document operational pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers to translate customer needs into practical Relay configurations and solution diagrams.
  • Learn how Relay’s platform, APIs, integrations, and device capabilities support frontline operations

Requirements and eligibility

  • Now we're expanding our Solutions Engineering team by hiring an SE intern with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or Spring 2028 to support technical pre-sales and solution delivery .
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, or another applicable technical field.
  • Expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028 .

Preferred, not required

  • A strong academic record; a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
  • Exposure to technical presentations, demonstrations, consulting, sales engineering, customer service,or other customer-facing work.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Postman, Python, JavaScript, data visualization, networking, or cloud platforms.
