Overview The Construction Services Intern will support project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with construction administration, site observations, documentation, and coordination efforts.

Job Responsibilities • Assist with construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, and meeting documentation • Participate in site visits to observe progress and document field conditions • Support coordination between contractors, design teams, and clients • Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements • Assist with preconstruction efforts such as takeoffs and cost support • Monitor project progress related to schedule, quality, and safety • Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam • Maintain organized project documentation and logs • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams • Provide general project support as needed Qualifications • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field • Entering junior or senior year • Basic understanding of construction processes preferred Other Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Team-oriented with willingness to learn • Interest in construction and project delivery Physical Requirements • Ability to visit active construction sites • Capable of standing, walking, and navigating uneven terrain • Vision abilities include close vision and depth perception • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
