Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in managing the complete recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and selection.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Search for potential candidates and reach out to suitable applicants through platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and other recruitment portals.

3. Resume Screening: Evaluate candidate applications and resumes to identify individuals who match the requirements of different job roles. 4. Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and interviewers, and follow up to collect interview feedback.

5. Recruitment Database Management: Maintain and regularly update candidate information, application status, and hiring records using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

6. Daily Work Commitment: Dedicate approximately 3-4 hours daily to assigned recruitment activities and participate in a short, mandatory evening team meeting.
