About the work from home job/internship: Selected Intern's Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 1. Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with employees and interns, collect feedback, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

2. Conflict Resolution: Help address minor workplace concerns through active listening, empathetic communication, and practical problem-solving. 3. Culture & Team Building: Organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs to improve morale and collaboration.

4. Flexible Work Schedule: Work remotely for 3-4 hours per day, with a brief mandatory evening check-in for team coordination. Additional information: 1.

Recognition: Earn a Certificate of Completion and a performance-based Letter of Recommendation. 2. Portfolio Development: Build a portfolio showcasing real projects and hands-on HR Psychology experience.
