Law/Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and consultancy agreements 2. Support work related to intellectual property including patents and copyrights 3.

Help draft and review privacy policies, terms & conditions, and data protection documents 4. Conduct legal research on employment laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements 5.

Assist in legal structuring of HRIS/software-related documentation and policies 6. Review client documents for compliance risks and flag potential issues 7.

Support in maintaining legal documentation and contract repositories 8. Collaborate with HR and consulting teams on compliance-related deliverables 9.

Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes relevant to HR and consulting 10. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) • 2. Basic understanding of contract law, intellectual property (patents, copyright), and data privacy • 3.

Strong research and analytical skills • 4. Attention to detail in reviewing legal documents • 5. Ability to simplify complex legal concepts into practical insights • 6.

Interest in corporate law, HR compliance, or consulting environments • 7. Good written communication skills for drafting and documentation • 8. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • 9.
