Video Editing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities: Editing & craft: Edit raw footage into compelling reels, YouTube videos, ads, and brand content for Baweja Media, Sannidhya Baweja and our clients Apply pacing, transitions, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques to maximise watch time and viewer retention Layer motion graphics, sound design, music, and SFX to lift the final cut Apply colour correction and grading Collaboration & ops: Collaborate with the creative team on video concepts, scripts, and storyboards Ensure every cut aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives Maintain a clean, structured asset database Stay active with new trends, editing techniques and industry best practices This is NOT a fresher 'I will learn here' role for those who don't already have a portfolio.

We hire interns who can already show 5-10 finished cuts and want to grow their skills over 6 months. Comfort with motion graphics + colour correction is a strong plus • 6. NOT actively freelancing — this is a full-time internship; we expect undivided focus • 7.
