HR Psychologist Intern

Selected interns' responsibilities include: 1. Talent Acquisition: Review and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, communication, and culture fit.

2. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, assist with evaluations, and support recruitment operations. 3. HR Operations: Support employee onboarding, document management, record-keeping, and general HR administration.

4. Employee Engagement: Check in regularly with staff and interns, gather feedback, and foster a supportive workplace. 5. Conflict Resolution: Address minor workplace issues through empathetic listening and practical problem-solving.

6. Culture & Team Building: Plan team activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives to boost morale. 7. Schedule: Work 3-4 hours daily with a brief evening team sync.
