Psychology in Human Resources Intern

Selected interns' responsibilities include: 1, Talent Acquisition: Screen and shortlist candidates by assessing their skills, communication abilities, and suitability for the company culture.

2. Interview Coordination: Arrange interview schedules, assist with candidate assessments, and support recruitment activities. 3. HR Operations: Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, record maintenance, and routine HR administrative tasks.

4. Employee Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with employees and interns, collect feedback, and contribute to a positive workplace environment. 5.

Conflict Resolution: Help address minor workplace concerns through active listening, empathetic communication, and practical problem-solving. 6. Culture & Team Building: Organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition programs to improve morale and collaboration.

7. Flexible Work Schedule: Work remotely for 3-4 hours per day, with a brief mandatory evening check-in for team coordination. Additional information: 1.
