Intern System Software Development Engineer

Job Details: Job Description: • Contributes to the design, development, and validation of system software across one or more layers of the software stack including firmware, drivers, operating systems, and/or middleware to enable Intel platforms and technologies.

• Engages in crossstack software optimization and contributes to reference platform development for specific domains and market segments. • As an intern, learns and applies knowledge, builds skills, and explores future career opportunities through handson experience and projects that support Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications: • Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• They should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with hands-on programming experience in languages such as Angular, Python, SQL, Postgres, C# and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience with manufacturing systems are highly desirable. • Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 to 6 months, subject to university/college internship requirements and academic calendar.
