What you'll own
- Assist in the design and development of training materials, including static documents, eLearnings , and multimedia resources.
- Support the incorporation of interactivity, video, and audio elements into learning materials.
- Develop job aids, user guides, process documentation, and other performance-support resources for Field employees.
- Assist with organizing, maintaining , and updating content within Seismic to improve usability, searchability, and platform adoption.
Requirements and eligibility
- Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 24th
- (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA )
- Familiarity with instructional design principles (ADDIE or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills to produce clear, engaging, and professional training content
Preferred, not required
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools or LMS platforms preferred (Seismic Learning or similar)
- Interest in learning technologies, sales enablement platforms, and improving the user experience of digital learning and content systems preferred.
