We recommend submitting your application promptly. The advertised closing date is October 3, 2026. About the Role As a Digital Marketing Content Co-op, you’ll work closely with the Content Marketing team to help maintain and organize marketing content across digital channels.
You’ll collaborate with business partners, support content review and publishing processes, and gain exposure to brand standards, compliance considerations, sales enablement tools and customer relationship management platforms.
You'll gain opportunities to learn and: • Gain exposure to how marketing content is planned, reviewed, approved and maintained in a regulated financial services environment.
• Build familiarity with the role digital content plays in supporting business goals, client engagement, sales enablement and brand consistency. • Understand how marketing, compliance, digital, creative and business partners collaborate to move content through cross-functional workflows.
• Develop practical skills in organizing content inventories, tracking updates, supporting publishing processes and communicating project status clearly.
• Understand how sales enablement, customer relationship management and content management platforms support marketing and sales teams. Key Responsibilities • Supporting the review, organization and ongoing maintenance of marketing content across digital channels.
• Partnering with marketing and business stakeholders to help ensure content is accurate, timely, consistent and aligned with brand standards. • Assisting with content inventories, tracking updates, approval documentation and publishing workflows.
• Helping to maintain organization and reporting for sales enablement, customer relationship management and content management platforms. • Communicating project status, findings and content needs clearly to marketing and related business partners.
Examples of past co-op projects include: • Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities • Building and reviewing content for internal website • Providing analysis on advisor-facing program, assessing its success and identifying opportunities for improvement • Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways Required Qualifications • Current Sophomore or Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• G raduation date of Spring 2028/2029 or Fall 2029 • Interest in digital marketing, content operations, communications, financial services or asset management.

Base Pay Salary The estimated hourly rate for this role is $31 per hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
