This position is for a summer intern to support the Regional Applications team on C2BMC Next Program in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate will begiven tasks appropriate for their level and will work with mentors to develop their skills as needed.
• Write, test, and debug code under the supervision of senior developers. • Implement small features or make enhancements to existing software. • Contribute to the development of new applications or tools.
Developing knowledge and skillsets under the guidance of mentors to build technical proficiency and industry expertise. Qualifications You Must Have • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 90 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session. • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, etc.
). Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects. Qualifications We Prefer • Familiarity with software development tools and environments such as Git, Visual Studio, IntelliJ, or Eclipse.
• Experience with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and/or back-end (Node.js, Django, .NET, etc.) development. • Familiarity with Agile development cycle.

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted.
