Technical Services Engineering Intern

Role overview

Support FEA activities using Ansys, including model setup, meshing, and definition of boundary conditions.
Assist with material property assignments, solver execution, and evaluation of analysis results under the guidance of an engineer.
Analyze engineering and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, quality issues, and opportunities for business process improvement.

Ability to work independently or within a larger team as required by the project and task.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.

Currently enrolled and working toward completion of a Bachelor's or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college, with Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering, or related engineering majors preferred.
Preferred: prior coursework, research, or project experience using Ansys or other FEA software.
Preferred: experience with data analysis or visualization tools (for example, , Excel, Power BI, Python, or MATLAB) and interest in applying AI-enabled tools to engineering problems.
