As an Intern – Business Analyst , you will play a key role in delivering various technology initiatives within the IT Solutions Delivery, Enterprise, Compliance and Security team.
In particular, you will contribute to the processing of enhancement and innovation requests in collaboration with our business partners, as well as to an initiative aimed at improving operational stability.

What you will accomplish with us As an Intern – Business Analyst , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: • Contribute to business needs analysis and solution documentation; • Support business partners in processing their improvement requests; • Document and optimize business processes; • Participate in the development and enhancement of IT solutions; • Work with various tools and platforms; • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues; • Support user acceptance testing and validation activities; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and practices; • Document completed work and share key learnings.
What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: • Is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Organizational Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field; • Ideally completing their final internship; • Is recognized for their versatility; • Stands out for their intellectual curiosity; • Demonstrates a strong desire to learn; • Shows initiative and autonomy; • Has relevant work experience, particularly through an internship or student job in a related field; • Demonstrates a strong interest in artificial intelligence tools and ideally has some initial experience using them; • Is familiar with low-code or no-code solutions, particularly Power Platform, or is interested in learning how to use them; • Is comfortable working with a variety of tools and environments; • Has an interest in different aspects of technology, including development, analysis, and tools;Has experience gathering business requirements and documenting processes, considered an asset; • Has knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, or an interest in learning them, considered an asset.
