- Shows resourcefulness and an ability to learn quickly in loosely defined environments;
- Must have an advanced level of French proficiency;

What you will accomplish with us As an Intern – Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Operational Efficiency , you will be at the core of our mission.
Here are the main responsibilities: • Design, develop and deploy automation and artificial intelligence solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and other emerging technologies; • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to make gains, performance indicators and improvement opportunities visible; • Participate in the integration of solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaborate with internal teams to understand needs and propose innovative solutions; • Develop proofs of concept (POCs), prototypes or intelligent agents to validate new automation and artificial intelligence approaches; • Use artificial intelligence to reduce low-value-added tasks, accelerate decision-making and improve the employee experience; • Participate in process optimization workshops to identify transformation and innovation opportunities; • Document processes, developed solutions and realized benefits to facilitate their reuse and deployment.
What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: • Is currently pursuing a master’s degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, software engineering, analytics, information systems or a related field; • Must complete a university-credited internship during the Winter 2027 semester; • Stands out for their autonomy; • Demonstrates great creativity; • Shows resourcefulness and an ability to learn quickly in loosely defined environments; • Is recognized for their analytical mindset; • Demonstrates a strong interest in the practical use of artificial intelligence to solve business problems; • Has a good knowledge of Microsoft 365, generative artificial intelligence tools and automation platforms; • Enjoys exploring new ideas, experimenting and challenging traditional ways of doing things; • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; • Must have an advanced level of French proficiency; • Would be considered an asset if they have experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, AI agents, process automation or technology prototype development.
