What you will accomplish with us As an Intern – IT Analyst , you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: • Supporting partners through various IT-related changes and initiatives that impact the Sales Force; • Understanding business needs and helping identify solutions while contributing to the implementation of the selected solution; • Working in both operational and project-based environments; • Communicating with business partners across Canada to clarify, correct, or implement various operational, training, security, or other required processes; • Acting as a facilitator to help the organization grow; • Creating the right conditions for a high-performing team focused on key business priorities; • Removing obstacles and ensuring close collaboration among various stakeholders.
What could accelerate your success in this role We are looking for someone who: • Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS profile) or Management Information Systems and must complete a credited internship in Winter 2027; • Is recognized for their team spirit; • Has strong analytical and summarization skills; • Demonstrates autonomy; • Shows a collaborative mindset; • Is recognized for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain IT concepts in simple terms to business partners; • Has excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and strong priority management abilities; • Has knowledge of the insurance industry, sales, and distribution networks (an asset);Has knowledge and understanding of LEAN philosophy (an asset).
