What you'll do

  • Support the Request for Proposal (RFP) process on behalf of clients
  • Assist senior consultants in reviewing client needs, identifying suitable approaches, and supporting implementation strategies
  • Model employee benefit contributions to help meet employer objectives
  • Help prepare client deliverables and communications, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Support the National Survey of Employer-Sponsored Health Plans to create benchmarks of employers’ health and benefits plans
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Atlanta Georgia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be available for the full internship period: Monday, June 7th through Friday, August 13th 2027. We are unable to accommodate alternate start or end dates.

During this internship, you’ll work alongside Marsh’s 2,500+ U.S. Health & Benefits consultants that deliver disciplined and consistent approaches to benchmarking, data analytics, financial management, marketing, compliance, and communication. We will count on you to
