  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.

  • Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus.

Job Responsibility: -Contribute to physical design activities such as layout implementation, checks, and design data preparation under guidance from senior engineers.

-Assist with timing, power, quality, or rule-check related tasks using standard engineering tools and methods. -Work with design, verification, and methodology teams to resolve routine issues and improve design quality.

-Help document design flows, results, and lessons learned for project use. -Contribute to structured execution, technical learning, and successful project milestones.

Requirements/Qualification: -Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.

-Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus. -Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important.

-Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation. -Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.

-Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). In order to be considered for a spring internship with NXP you must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term.
