As a Sales Development Intern, you will gain practical experience at the intersection of technology, payments, and client engagement. You will contribute to meaningful sales projects, learn from experienced professionals across Visa's Digital and Enterprise Sales teams, and receive structured training, mentorship, and feedback.
Throughout the internship, you will strengthen your sales and business skills, deepen your understanding of Visa's products and clients, and participate in learning sessions, networking opportunities, and events that showcase Visa's sales organization and global operations.

• Use data, CRM, and productivity tools to organize information and communicate insights. • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on assigned deliverables.
• Present findings, incorporate feedback, and build professional communication skills. • Participate in development programming, networking, and exposure to Visa's broader business.
Pathway to the Sales Development Program Interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on internship performance and business needs. Selected interns may receive an offer to join Visa's two-and-a-half-year Sales Development Program after graduation.
The full-time program includes structured learning, rotational experiences, mentorship, and professional development designed to prepare associates for future roles in Sales, Product, or Account Management.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with a graduation date in December 202 7 -August 202 8 Preferred Qualifications • Coursework in sales, business administration, management information systems, international business, data analytics, economics, information systems, or a related field.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $29.00/hr. to $33.00/hr. which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Authorization : Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting.
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
