THE POSITION The Fixed Income Trading Co-op’s primary focus will be assisting the Fixed Income Trading Desk with the following responsibilities: • Monitor confirmation platforms to ensure that FX and bond trades are matched and allocations are acknowledged and confirmed by the broker/dealers • Provide manual allocations to broker/dealers for non-electronically matched trades • Assist with the research and resolution of trading discrepancies • Provide phone coverage and relay relevant information from broker/dealers to traders • Produce and analyz e daily reports to monitor key risk indicators and help ensure best trading practices • Assist in ad-hoc projects or tasks for traders and trade coordinators QUALIFICATIONS The qualifications for this position include: • An intelligent, highly motivated and passionate professional committed to excellence • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Familiarity and interest in the finance industry • Previous experience in a corporate environment a plus Please note: This co-op position entails cross-training to ensure optimal performance across functions.
The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/January 2027. Candidates must have prior co-op experience , as this position requires a foundational understanding of professional workplace dynamics and responsibilities.

The base salary range for this position is: $19-$35 per hour This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education.
