Community Engagement Intern

Work from Office role Location - Times Internet, Noida Office - Sector 16 Working Days - Mon to Fri Office Timings - 9:30 AM to 6 PM Duration - 6 Months Stipend - 10,000/- per month Candidate must have a laptop for this internship About the Role : We are looking for a Community Engagement Intern to support industry research, executive outreach, database management, and community engagement initiatives.

The role will involve working closely with industry professionals, tracking engagement and research activities, and maintaining accurate insights and dashboards.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, conducting research, communicating with senior professionals, and managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Conduct market and industry research to gather relevant insights, trends, company information, and executive-level data.

2. Build, maintain, and regularly update industry and executive databases with accurate and relevant information. 3. Engage with CIOs, CISOs, and other senior industry professionals to gather insights and support community engagement initiatives.

4. Conduct executive outreach through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. 5. Support ongoing community and industry engagement programs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

6. Track weekly targets, outreach metrics, and project milestones to ensure timely completion. 7. Maintain and update dashboards and trackers for monitoring project progress and engagement performance.

8. Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. 9. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and project updates for internal stakeholders.

10. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely updates across databases and reporting dashboards. Strong research and data collection skills. • 2. Good understanding of database management and data organization. • 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of dashboards and data analysis will be an advantage.

• 4. Strong communication and executive outreach skills. • 5. Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving. • 6. Good attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• 7. Ability to track targets, manage timelines, and deliver against deadlines. • 8. Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior professionals.

• 9. Proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects. • Who Can Apply? • 1. Students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Research, Communications, or related disciplines.

• 2. Candidates with prior exposure to market research, community engagement, executive outreach, data management, or business research will be preferred.
