When you should use RippleMatch instead

- They solve overlapping problems from different ends. RippleMatch replaces searching with matching and leaves the application to you. For a role on UTern you never apply: you prove what you can do with Birdee, and the company comes to you. Using both is reasonable.
- Do students pay for either?
- No. RippleMatch is free for candidates, and students never pay for UTern.
- What does UTern match on that RippleMatch does not?
- Evidence with labels. A skill you explained first hand to Birdee is verified, in your own words; anything else stays a claim. A company sees that evidence, never a score, and never race, gender, age or a photo.
