The top of the mountain.
A world where no student waits to be chosen: everyone climbs with an agent at their side, every employer screens with evidence instead of resumes, and the door opens from both sides. We're not there yet - that's the summit. This page is the climb.
What we're trying to achieve.
The internship hunt is a black box. You apply, you wait, and the no comes back with no reason attached - if it comes back at all. Boilerplate applications go in, silence comes out, and nobody learns anything.
We're building the opposite: an opportunity engine. Every student gets Bob - an agent who knows what you can actually do, makes you measurably better, and argues your case. Every employer gets Barb - an agent who screens with verified evidence instead of skimming a resume pile.
When both sides have an agent, rejection comes with a reason, gaps come with a path to close them, and readiness becomes something you can prove - not just claim. More ready students bring in more employers; more employers bring more opportunities; the flywheel pulls the next student up.
Every feature we ship is one step up that mountain.
How it works today.
- 1Tell Bob who you are
Skills, experience, goals. Bob reads all of it and names what's actually standing between you and an interview - out loud, with no sugarcoating.
- 2Bob finds you the best internships
Internships, fellowships, research, part-time - real roles pulled from across the market. Bob ranks them against what you can actually prove, says why each one fits, and texts you the ones worth your time.
- 3Close the gaps together
Practice, projects, mock interviews - every rep gets scored and becomes honest evidence. Every application is tracked, and Bob watches the deadlines so you don't have to.
- 4Barb opens the door
Employers send Barb a role. She screens agent-to-agent against the real rubric and hands the recruiter an honest shortlist - verified strengths, honest gaps, a human making every call.
Two agents. One honest conversation.
When a role fits, Barb, the recruiter's agent, interviews Bob, yours, agent to agent and with receipts. No form, no black hole. Here's a real exchange about a student named Maya.
Bob never oversells. Barb hands the recruiter an honest, ranked read, and a human makes the call.
